A blend of Syrah, Grenache and Cinsaut. On the nose, red and black fruits, pepper, spice, with hints of tobacco. On the palate, the fruits and pepper persist. The mid-palate is ample and generous for a long finish.
Perfect Pairing: Charcuterie, lasagne, medium cheeses.
