Marianna's Organic stuffed vine leaves, Dolmadakia, are the ultimate vegetarian mezedaki. They are hand-rolled with tender care at the Kazakis family workshop in Halkidiki using soft baby leaves, picked from the sprawling organic sultana vines that grow there. Each dolma roll is filled with 100% organic local Greek ingredients, using a mixture of rice, dill, lemon juice and a little onion for a healthy filling snack at any time of the day. Served hot or cold, they are the perfect accompaniment to hot grilled or fried slices of Halloumi or they also make a wonderful side dish.
