This product is composed of a blend of Williams Pear brandy from Valais AOP and sugar syrup.
Pour 2cl of premix into a glass. Then pull a strong shot of espresso over the premix and top the coffee with whipped cream in a circular motion. A short straw or a small spoon can be used to mix the three layers before consuming.
