Aged in casks in the traditional Solera system within the ancient cathedral style cellars of Barbadillo, this wine was allowed to oxidise slowly over many years to attain its rich aroma. Oloroso means aromatic.
This ageing process gives this Sherry its dark amber colour, rich walnut aroma and deep, generous flavours. This is pure unsweetened so Oloroso dry to taste.
Serve at cellar temperature.
